Caribbean Windward Islands: The Windward Islands are very special and incredibly beautiful. The Island chain begins with Martinique, then southward to St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Barbados, the islands of the Grenadines and Grenada. The Windwards are very tropical, green and lush. The mountain peaks of Martinique and St. Lucia are spectacular amidst palm trees, sugarcane, and the blue water of the Caribbean Sea and white sand beaches.
